I've got some on an Izula and they are nice. Think of the texture of a cats tongue. I was concerned as well with them being too soft but that has not been the case. Easy to find this one if I drop it too.

Has anyone used this stuff in salt water yet? I am going to be making a dive knife for a buddy and one of his "would like" things was a neon handle, something very bright that actually glowed a bit for when he's out at night. I told him I'd look into it but not to hold his breath, but if this holds up in salt water...
could you imagine making the blade glow?THAT is just awesomeness, pure awesomeness !!!
I think spongy would be good on a chopper.
Admittedly I'm not familiar with kryptoglow, but I wrap my choppers in paracord to soften the impact. Though I will admit there can be too soft.
That video was pretty interesting. Never thought about doing a handle like that. Would work pretty well too with the modern Beckers.
That video is pretty cool. Have seen a few other things by him as well.
Anyone know if the slabs lose their ability to glow over time or does it last indefinitely? Do they have to be "charged up" with light first in order to glow?
