Just curious, are these only available through KSF.com or can they be special ordered directly from you Andy? If so, can they be ordered with a scandi grind instead of a convex?
 
They will only be available through KSF. But I am making a few now, and some are going to be Scandi.
 
So should one just specify that they want a scandi grind when ordering through KSF?
 
Actually, Derrick and I never discussed orders, so these questions need to go directly to him. And also, availability dates would need to run thorough him as well. But, I've got three profiled, and a couple heat treated, and they'll be avail soon.
 
You'd have to ask Derrick that question.
 
I'm trying to "visualize" the KSF Exclusive Bushie with a scandi grind, but all I "see" is a shorter (1/2") Terassaur without a protruding tang. However, it looks like an ideal knife.
 
Well, remember that the Terassaur wasn't the first drop point knife in history. I can't magically design a unique 4" drop point.
 
As to the production knives, they will all be ground the same. we will have a huge variety of handle materials.

If you want a Scandi knife, just let Andy or me know and we can order a custom one for you.
