Ok, on the 6th or so i ordered an RC-6 and an izula from knives ship free. then i found out that i got orders to pcs to hawaii by 10 march . so i called them and asked if they could ship it to my home of record back in the states since currently im stationed in germany. they were really cool about it. my home of record is my mothers house in nc. the tracking number they sent me says that the package arrived but my mother who works for the post office said today that no package has came. has anyone bought from this company before? im just a little nervious that the package got lost by the usps and i dont wanna be out 180 bucks.
 
I've never bought anything from ksf but i know that it is a very well known site that many buy from all the time :)
 
this kinda sucks. cuz i talked to him on the phone and he was really cool about shipping it to the different address. i just hope it gets there soon or im going to be pretty upset with usps.
 
Give him a call and double check the tracking number. Also, if your mom works for the Po, have her talk to the carrier and see what's up. When you lookup the tracking number, check the details and see if it was routed and delivered to your moms city. If not, it's the wrong number. If it was, there's a few options of what ot could be, and your local PO is the place to go or call to check it out. Call in the morning before 9 for best results.

Ksf is one of a very short list of places I buy knives from, so no worries on that end
 
KSF is the only site I buy my ESEE knives from at this time. Derrick will make good for you.
 
KSF is top notch. Verify the tracking number and have your Mom put a trace on it. It will show up.
 
Ive bought from ksf twice recently and not had anything but good things to say about them, so hopefully it works out okay for you.
 
Ordered several knives and things from KSF.., Derrick a top notch guy and KSF is one of my preferred places to buy knives online.

If theres a mix up I'd be looking at the USPS
 
Yup. KSF is one of the best and Derrick is from what I hear a stand-up individual. Ordered scales for one of my Izulas and 2 days later they where here. If there is a problem it would be fault of usps or whatever shipping company, not KSF. Good luck brother.;)

When you go to KSF's website, he has a Contact button to email him.
I did, and alerted him to this thread, so he will probably stop by today to see what's up.

This is the sort of question that should be posted in FEEDBACK.
 
We'll take good care of you. I don't know what is up with this specific package, but we had a whole tub of packages the other day that the post office scanned as delivered the day we took them in....

The post office is not perfect (oh, btw, neither are we) but both the post office and we generally come through in the end.

Just contact us with the order number and other info and we'll get it chased down for you. If it is really lost, we'll replace it.
 
I bought products from KSF and I am overseas. Although mail from the US always takes for EVER to fly to Europe, I can only say great things about Derrick and Wendy. At one point I was getting a bit worried with my shipment not arriving. I emailed them and the next day Wendy replied. 10 minutes later the mail man rang at the door.

Trustworthy website and great customer service. Don't worry your package might have been delayed.
