I gotta throw a thumbs up out to Knifeworks.com. I ordered a couple new flashlights last week due to my work light going on the fritz. A couple days went by and my old light died. I e-mailed knifeworks and Roger replied and advised that part of my order was "backordered", but he said he would ship what he had express mail. That was on Saturday. The lights came today, Monday (Memorial Day) express mail, the shipping was 22.40

Roger covered the extra shipping. I will be ordering more from them in the future. This is the kind of stand up business I want to deal with.
