Kudos to Kershaw

I contacted Kershaw’s customer service to see if I could buy a replacement sheath for a Kershaw Military Knife. The customer service rep told me that they had some in stock but were out of the straps that come with it. Before I could even ask how much it would cost, she offered to send it to me for free, and I received it about a week later.

This is outstanding customer service, my thanks and two thumbs up to Kershaw!
