As some of you might know I was working on my first Bowie. In June I sent it out to be HT there long story short it got shipped to the wrong address and "lost" in the mail system. I have to say that they really went above my expectations on tracking this package down to the point that one of the girls there Billie Jo (who if you happen to see this thanks again) was like a pit bull chasing a butchers truck tracking this thing down. She kept me in the loop with what was going on with it, what she was doing, who she was talking to really went above and beyond what I expected to see. They finally got it back to them yesterday and they shipped it overnight and it arrived today. I just wanted to say that while I knew they were a good choice for doing HT they really sold me on their customer service to do so much to track down one lousy blade. :thumbup:
