Kudzu offered me a trade for a Spyderco Dodo for my Military, then he was going to send pics, then for no reason backed out and isn't responding. Not only that, but his post had thethumb down and :p like it was funny to him. It's not like I won't find another Dodo, but still, kinda rude man... :confused:
 
HHUUMM,Kudzu74 is one of the best forum members I have run across.Maybe it is all a missunderstanding.
Maybe Kudzu can tell us his side.
 
I have to admit at first once I found out about this thread I was rather upset. However, I think some good can come out of hearing both sides in a dignified way. I contacted JediKnight86 about a possible trade from his thread on the trading section here on BF. We sent several emails back and forth in which I described the Spyderco Dodo that I had for trade and offered to send him or/ her pictures of the knife. I've had some problem downloading digital pictures from my Kodak as of late and informed him or/ her that I would try to get some emailed asap. However, in the mean time I even offered to send him or/ her the actual knife to decide wether or not JediKnight86 wanted to trade for it because there was some question on my description of the knife. Well, I recieved an email not with a response to the offer but more of a question as to where are the pictures, and I rechecked the original thread on the trading section to find that JediKnight86 (in my opinion) seem to moving on to accept other offers for the knife he or/ she wished to trade. So, I felt that with that in mind I would withdraw my offer for the trade because I original was in the mind of helping him get the knife he was looking for and felt like helping someone get something they wanted fairly much...I really didn't care for another Military in my collection and figured I would just use it as a trade piece or sell it...with this in mind I didn't want to waste any more time on the matter when it seemed to me from JediKnight86's more recent post wasn't taking the trade serious and opening up the offer for trade on his knife again. Anyhow, I apologize to JediKnight for any misunderstanding on my post to his tread with the 'thumb down' and :p . But the thumbs down was just a simple way for me to declare 'No Deal' on my part and the :p wasn't personal. I just usually end most of my posts here with that because I like the face. If you need to check my creditials on that one just look up most of my threads I've posted here or ask U812. Anyhow, I hope you find the knife your looking for JediKnight86. I personally feel that it was not in my best interest any longer to trade for your knife from what I have heard on the matter from a few other forumies. Good Luck!
 
I was waiting for you to confirm that the pics were def. not coming. I forgot you offered to send it to me for inspection, sorry. I figured that you may have not liked the fact that I was looking for more offers, but it was just in case our deal didn't work out.

I don't understand what you are saying here... what have you heard from other people on "the matter"?
