Kukri House Problems?

So I recently purchased a 10" Kukri 6 days ago (through Paypal) on the Kukri House website (http://www.khukuriblades.com) I received an automatic email saying thank you for my purchase, allow 10 to 15 days for my kukri as it will be handmade and that I'll receive another email with tracking details. So I thought everything was fine, after browsing the website after my order I noticed they offered free engraving, so I thought why not? I like to personalise my knives & tools so I emailed regarding the matter but no reply even after waiting the 2 business days that they said it takes them to reply. So I emailed again and the next day. Now after 6 days of no reply from the company I can't help but have a bad feeling that I'm never going to receive my Kukri at all. Has anyone had an email response from this company or have any information that will settle my mind from worrying?

I have ordered many blades from the various Khukuri houses and never had a problem. Usually they get to your door in a lot less time than they say. My guess is that your last minute engraving request slowed things up. Hope all goes well.
