Are there any videos displaying kukri in combat or kukri combat training? Also any good big knife fighting videos.

The only video I can think of immediately is:

Concepts, or ABC.

It's hosted by James Keating, a fairly well known instructor.

Unfortunately it concentrates on Bowie style knives (not too surprising..) particularly a knife of his own design called the Crossada. However, there are some good basic fundementals covered on it.
