Just another quick question... I noticed that there are some variations in the handles, some carved, some not. Hmm, what sort of choices are available?

The handles all come carved now. It takes a special order to change this. We probably won't see any for a month or 6 weeks.

Nothing, Damian. Anything less that 12 inches and the choice gets very narrow. Kumar Karda, Kagas katne, 9 inch Dhankuta and that's about it.
