This system is pooched, I got to the enter your CC step a couple times and some of the drop downs would not even work to select your card type, but finally it worked online with order confirmation so now we'll see if it actually gets processed between the phone orders and huge mess of instant checkouts etc. or if they oversold in the chaos. Next time I'll be speed dialing them at 7:59am.

After several tries and server errors, the order was placed online, CC charge is pending and received an order confirmation email from KW at 6:47am PT!

go back to shipping and proceed again, It looks like if your payment doesn't process right the 1st time, it saves all the numbers but forgets what kind of card it is.
