OK guys, I've got an impulse buy I want to make so I want to blow this one out. I'll only leave it up for a few days I think.
*****Customized Kwaiback Midtech*****
Asking $OLD CAD shipped in Canada(I've got $850 USD into this and about 8 hours)
I've done a few things to this.
- blasted chamfers
- blue fullers
-satin flats
- carbidized lock bar (done by Derrick Ryan)
- acid stonewashed blade
- original 20°/side secondary bevel has been copied to 1000 grit diamond (the bevel on this one was perfect, Jake must have sharpened it himself.)
- 25 degree course micro bevel has been applied
I installed and anodized Jake's custom backspacer and pocket clip. I also installed a custom pivot assembly. Those parts alone are worth over $200.
There are a few scratches in the satin but this was my EDC, the scratches add character and it's not extremely difficult to redo the satin finish.
Please email me at alligatorgarfish-at-gmail-dot-com
You can say I'll take it here. If it comes down to that. Perhaps I have misjudged the popularity of this particular knife.
Thanks for looking.
