Sorry for the crummy photos and dirty knife. I'll clean it up before it goes out. This was a full custom I had made by Kyle Bettleyon from KWB Blades - https://instagram.com/kwbblades/

Specs:

.275" S7 @ 57-58 (HT by Peter's)
Micarta slabs

This knife is kind of huge:
14" blade
6" handle
20" OAL
1120 grams/2.45 lbs (without sheath)

Two-piece pancake breakdown kydex sheath with (excellent) detent pin retention system

I had Kyle grind this pretty lean:
Primary (flat) is 3.5 dps
Edge is 25 thou thick, ground at 13 dps
...will out-cut virtually anything. My Keffeler Silverback and Gavko chopper cannot keep up with it.

Used. No major issues with the edge. Still unsharpened by me.

Reason for selling: need dosh to help fund a move interstate for post-grad study.

$450 + postage...a lot less than what I paid. Coming from Australia. No trades. Did I mention it will out-cut just about anything?

If I missed anything just drop a line. Thanks.

Is the price in US or AUD .

I am getting tempted , im in Melbourne, Australia

I have a calton chopper that has been serving me well.

How wide is the blade behind the clip to the edge?

Sorry for the late reply been busy.

Price in USD. Widest part of the blade (from clip to edge) is 7cm (~2.75"). It's big, bigger than a Busse MOAB actually.

Edit: I have a small 5160 chopper from Calton too. Great blade, too bad I'll probably end up selling that one too.
