Kydex and Nylon

I have a special project I am working on that requires Nylon and Kydex for the Sheath. I need it to be silent so I am looking for a way to line the Kydex or find some that is already lined. I also need a supplier for the heavy weight Nylon used on Tactical Sheaths.

This is all way out of the normal stuff I work with so any help finding these materials will be appriciated.

The sheath I purchased from M.D. Caldwell & Company out of Lake Stevens washington was a "Spec Ops" brand sheath the Kydex wasn't lined with anything but the knife did not make any noise when in the sheath. I think as long as you keep the dimensions of the Kydex close to the blade there shouldnt be a lot of rattle.
 
If you are looking for the best of both, nothing beats Spec-Ops sheaths. They come with a thin kydex liner you can mold tight to your knife. They are super sheaths that are bomb proof.
