I have another question for you guys. I just started making kydex sheaths. I've got the main body done and seems pretty easy enough. Now I'm trying to figure out a good way to get a belt loop attached so my customers can carry their knives. How do you guys put belt loops on a kydex sheath? Is there a common way to do it? I'm especially interested to see pictures of some work done. It's easier for me when I see pictures. Thanks so much for any help.

The common way is to use a TekLok or make your own out of left over Kydex. I just finished my first also (see pic) and attached using Chicago screws through like a normal leather placed loop. I won't do it again because that put the backs of the screws against where the blade slides across. The other way that I've seen now is to use the Chicago screws through the edge, dual purpose to clamp the split and hold the loop.

I use chicago screws and rubber washers. I have several models for sale in the exchange forums. You can check them out to get a good picture. I do not know how to transfer the pictures to a different post.
