I have a kydex belt loop with firesteel loop that I don't use. It came with an aftermarket kydex sheath I bought from one of the "crafters" here on the forums.
Holes are sized like a small teklok. It is very nicely made. I don't use it because I have a small teklok I put on my sheath.
