Kydex health warning - READ!!!

From what Robert at Blade Tech recently told me, Concealex is now again called Kydex... Least thats what I was told..

Maybe they call Concealex "Kydex",Which does confuse things.
but Concealex has a lower forming temperature.

Concealex is a retailer brand name for Boltaron 4330.

Kydex is still make by Kleerdex
(Kydex 100 and Kydex T being most common for sheaths and such.)

As long as you wear a p100 respirator (half face with the cartridges) you should be fine right?

The fumes aggravate my asthma and I can smell them right away

P100 is just a particle - dust mask - not good enough

If you get the combo cartridges that P100 with acid vapour or the P100 formaldehyde then yes.

As above, do it in fresh air - windows open
Use the lowest possible temperature - no need to use the max temperature.

Errr you likely breath more "Hydrochloric gas" every time you burp, not something I'd be even remotely worried about.
