kydex help?

is there anyway to make a kydex sheath without a heat press? i dont have enough money for one and want to experiment with kydex sheath making. is there something i can substitute for a press or maybe just to heat the kydex to form it?

You can heat with a regular oven, toaster oven, heat gun. You can press between two layers of camping mat or similar padding on the floor with a book or board on top that you stand on.
