Where do people get eyelets for 3/32" kydex? I was able to heat and shape it rather nicely. However, I can't find any eyelets long enough to go through both layers of it.

S-61 specs: Use to join 2 pieces of .09x" Concealex
* fit a 0.25" hole
* OD tube: 0.245"
* OD top rim: 0.385"
* length:.316"

There are both 1/4 and 3/16 but the descriptions are mixed up (reversed) material thickness vs actual length).

Thank you. That's why I can't find 3/16" eyelets long enough for it. Only the 1/4" will work. Are there rivets or anything else that will work?

Chicago screws! I just found them at the leather factory here in town. These are what I've been looking for. Not just for this project, but also for re-attaching the visor to my hockey helmet.

I couldn't tell if those were for one piece of .093 or two. I haven't ruled them out, I just don't know what length they are. I wanted the smaller diameter, but judging by USAknifemakers site, the 3/16" are for joining two sheets of .063 kydex. I really didn't want the larger 1/4" on this small sheath.
