kydex sheath for saw back knife

I can't figure out how to make it were the sawback serations won't cut the sheath I am looking to have a form fit help would be great! thanks!
 
use a wooden dowel to make your self a "track" in the sheath...Similar to sight tracks molded into leather sheaths for the front site

I take a piece vinyl tubing ( you know, that clear fuel line) split it up the middle and put it over the teeth and run it back to the handle then form the Kydex over it as I form the sheath over the knife..
