Anyone have any pictures or recommendations. I saw one on ebay, that was folded. I think I want a two piece with attachement options on both sides.

I imagine that some sheath makers have this knife in their stable. I bet you can find someone, but I would go to the sheaths forum...
Maybe send it out to one of the kydex huffers...they can bend one up in no time.
