I hope I am asking this in the right area. I need a couple sheaths for Survive GSO knives. I would like to find a maker that I would not have send my knife to, in order to have the sheath made. I know there are several very talented makers around, but the ones I contacted, all need to have my knife sent to them.

In particular, looking for a setup that has an extension / dangler so it rides a little lower. This would be for a GSO 5.1 and 3.5.
 
All knives are different, even if just a little. If you want one done right and for your knife, the maker will need it and in the long run you will be more satisfied.

Well crap, I was going to the wrong page on the Survive site. I thought they were out of stock, but I just had to go to a different area.

Now for the dangler. I like the sturdiness of not being attached with paracord. I cannot seem to find anybody that sells the extension and dangler.
 
You may find that the extension, with the loop is sufficient...if not, you could probably come up with another connection method.
Alternatively, you could get the S!K sheath, and send that to a maker for an extension/dangler attachment - that would keep your knife at home.
 
Moved to "Wanted ..." as it doesn't really belong in S&S.

I'm not really taking orders at the moment, but I've been making exceptions for S!K stuff if you wanna shoot me an email.

That said, Chiral's UKE is a very adaptable setup.
