kydex sheath materials

Hey guys ; i haven't been able to find the foam used for pressing the kydex material after heating. I tried knifekit and a few others . I want to make a few sheaths for my knives. Thanks ahead of time.
 
This might fit better in Sheaths and Such instead of ESEE.

Some folks swear by the real foam, some seem to use blue camping mats from walmart, etc.
 
we bought a foam pad for stadium type seating or setting on the ground while hunting. can get one for $5 or so and just cut it in half. then we put down plywood, foam, sheath, foam and plywood then stand on it or clamp it to your workbench. does not look as nice as some factory or better aftermarket sheaths but has worked very well for us. here is one i mad for my junglas. i bought it without a sheath.

Thanks everyone,,,looks like it was there all the time just couldn't see it and Adaman your right this would have been better in the sheath section, forgot there was more to the forum than the Esse section (-;
