Pancake & Taco Sheaths are setup for attachment to sm. Tek-Lok, I have sm. Tek-Loks available (+11.00). I can also modify them for attaching to a lg. Tek-Lok (+14.00) if requested. A sheath made for the factory scales will also work with a knife that doesn’t have scales installed.

Them I want number 6 from the candiru line up, also can you make some type of retainment clip and how much. I wear scrubs so if I could use this iwb and secured to my pants that would be awesome!

Just marked it SPF for you, I can make a Kydex plate that would attach to the outside of the sheath and look like the pic below for +18.00... just let me know if you like that setup or add that much to the total and I'll make it... . adds a couple of days to the shipping too.

Yep, I have this one already made up... I started adding a couple of eyelets to the tip end of them so this is v.1 and I'll discount it. I'm not sure if it still has or I still have the clear full-size bic holder but I can put a Black mini-bic holder on it and the total would be 57.00 shipped w/del.conf. (normally 70.00).

Received my candiru pancake style with the custom retention clip. I am beyond impressed!! This is some of the finest kydex work I've seen. All the edges are smooth and line up perfectly, the eyelets are set perfectly, the retention clip you made is amazing!
