Kydex sheaths for a beginner

I was talking about cutting the kydex with a saw...foam just needs a knife. And I think if you do some research into the rules on being a knife knut, electric knives are a sin only forgiveable if they consist of a milwaukee sawzall with a custom damascus bowie blade :D

No,, Matt is talking about molding foam....
It comes in big blocks, and you have to fillet it in half...

To be quite honest with you....

The molding foam is a pain in the a$$.... Use sleeping pad foam.. Easier to get and quite a bit cheaper...
Although I look at the garbage bags full of used foam i have and wonder..
My wife keeps asking me what I'm going to do with it:)

I'm thinking about insulating the garage with it..:)
I probably won't though,,it's flammable..
