Hey, I'll take one of them mini buck strider ones. The smaller of the two please, or whichever one holds the knife the tightest.

Thanks

STR.

they are the same in tightness.

Smaller sheath on its way.

Larger Mini Strider sheath also sold.

Thanks!

I'd like the Spyderco Lum sheath please...
email to follow.
Thanks, Shaun

Can any of you guys tell me about the Montroc Ronin?? I bought one years ago and know nothing about it except that it fit my hand very well and is a very sturdy blade.

I got mine for cheap, used, also several years ago, in a real POS Kydex sheath someone had "made/butchered." That's why I bought Dan's sheath.

Montroc's maker now makes Entrek Knives. Is it Ray Ennis? I'm challenging my memory and not doing the research I should be doing.

If you have a Ronin, you know how heavy duty a knife it is.

Wish I knew more to tell you.

Maybe Dan knows some more.

and it's awesome! Very nicely molded...perfect fit. Nice guy to deal with too!
Thanks Dan!

Shaun

Montroc is the name of the company Ray Ennis and another gent formed years ago. Ray was the maker and the other guy had the patent, IIRC, for the handle shape
They severed the relationship for whatever reasons and Ray went on to form Entrek. He was just at the last OKCA show and is still turning out superlative blades made stoutly, with nice micarta handles, though of a slightly different design than the Montoc line.
I believe I got mine at a knife show in WA, but it was sooo long ago, I don't remember which one.... But that was where I first met Ray...
