kydex thicness

what thickness of kydex do i use if i were going to make a sheath for a rat rc6? and would the thickness even mater? new to all this. any hellp would be nice, thanks.

i havent made many but i have used .090 and .060 thickness kydex. and ide have to day that the .060 is easier to use and more than capable of handling an RC6.

because you can clean your knife relitivly easily, even in the field, but it is very dificult to clean the sheath.
if you accidently cut yourself, or are preparing food it would be a major improvement. not to mention really cool.
