Kydex tutorial request

I primarily make knives that are of a cowboy/buck skinner period. I have never been interested in making sheaths out of materials other than leather or wood lined leather and the like; until now. On another thread I was reading about the needs our military would have with a combat knife and of course Kydex appears to be the best material for a number of reasons. I am prior service and agree wholeheartedly. I want to send a knife also but I don't know where to get the stuff or how to use it. Would you guys please help with a tutorial or at least a discussion of said topic?

I have a tutorial on a leather-covered kydex sheath. It's on Dan Gray's website. (can't remember the link)


There are several on just plain ole kydex. Not that difficult to do. First time might be "fun"....but not much to it.
