A first for Kyle, 12" W2 Blade and Damascus Bolsters. Cooper liners and 5460 year old Bog Oak.

This is the evil big sister to the knife 'Sinistre' I made for Coop a few years ago. Coop ask for a 12" knife and I forged a 12" bladed knife. So this one got set aside and Kyle has been eyeballing it for awhile...

He did good! :D

do want!!! Great job :)

LOL! I can't tell you how many times my name 'Cooper' is spelled 'Copper' What goes around comes around.... ;)

Five thousand four hundred and sixty. Is this a S.W.A.G. statistic? Or carbon dating.... ?

This one gave me a woody, errr, smile... :D

Coop

BTW: I was suitably impressed with this collab and the other one Don sent me. You will see that soon enough.

Kyle is fulfilling the Hanson stature. :D

I like it! How are the bolsters attached (I assume they're pinned, but what with?)?

Hidden pins, press fit. With Loctite Speedbpnd. They wont ever come off. :)

Super Cooper Copper Liners! :)

The wood was carbon dated and came from Mark Farley (Burl Source).

Thanks a bunch for the good words folks!

Stunning! Not one thing I don't love about this knife. Thanks for sharing.
Coop, your images show this one off beautifully. Congrats.

That is way out there.
