Kyocera Ceramic Kitchen Knives

If anyone wants a ceramic knife that they can baton with, try and find an aftermarket Mad Dog Mirage X ceramic knife (he's stopped selling them except to perhaps military). His ceramic composition is so tough it will shave glass and steel and he even made them for use as pry bars for EOD applications.

Way too thick for food prep, but it won't chip or dull on you.
