L.L. Bean "Returns Store"

I am passing this on, since I got some great deals here. I had never heard of these outlets, and had the opportunity to go into one while in Concord, NH. They carry a very broad spectrum of clothing and gear. I bought a new, unused GB mini for $69. Technically, it was sold as used. It had been returned by a man who had received it as a gift, and did not want it. A couple of buddies of mine got pissed off when I showed them the receipt. I bought two pairs of excellent pants for 1/2 price. Just thought I would share.

Yup, the Maine outlet is a fun store too. Got a bunch of my gear there. Open Box, returned, and blems all end up at the outlets. You was in Concord? LL Bean, EMS, and a number of other outfitters all within walking distance of each other... great fun, but tough on the ole wallet

I am from NH, but have been gone since the mid-70's due to making a career of the Army. Yep, went to EMS right across the parking lot.
