L & L Kilns: Any Good?

I've got an opportunity to acquire an older L &L kiln for a very good price to use as a HT oven. Anyone with any experience with these?

Saw that one, thought of you. If it's rated for high enough temperature, we can make it work. It looked like an old 2 prong cord, which I can wire to a 3 prong for you, and I can show you what you need to do to make it digital control. Talk about it with you tomorrow.
