My great-grandfather used to use this razor, called L. Laglaye.
I've searched Your forum, and tried to google it and it's like nothing, never, just no trace left of any historical shade of Laglaye. I wonder where it comes from. The only thing i know its probably the end of XIX century (the time of his young age.)
