EDIT: I just did. I should have known better before asking since the discussion was partly centered around 1095. It looks like a sub for water quenching. I doubt I want that for oil quench steels but Kevin would know.
I used to keep Park #50 around for 10xx series steels and Park AAA for oil hardening steels. Now I still work with #50 but use the low temp salts for oil hardeners.
Park used to sell the oils in 5 gallon buckets but you had to order at 4 or 5 at a time, I am not sure what they do now.
