Recently ordered two flashlight components from LA Police Gear, an Inova T4 and a Surefire KL1 head. When I received the package, I found that they had sent me an OLD MODEL KL1 even though they showed the NEW MODEL on their website. I was a little angry, but Christa at LAPG said to send it back and they would fix the mistake. I did so and the same day they shipped a replacement. Package arrived today containing a new KL1 head :D

Yes, but they said they would credit the shipping to back to my CC.
It will be a couple weeks until I get my CC statement so I guess I will see if they really do it.

Not a perfect deal with LAPG, but at least they admitted their error and corrected it.
