I've ordered from them before and no problems. One tip though, call and make sure item is in stock and order via phone. They always are not positive of current inventory on line, ESP. On discontinued items.

One time I ordered a handful of items from their website. One item was not in stock, would not be in stock for at least a month and the whole shipment was on hold until it came in. I called them about partial shipment and was told if I did that, I would have to pay for shipping, twice.

I cancelled my order at that point (at least they didn't have issue with that) and ordered elsewhere.
 
I have ordered many items from LAPoliceGear. They have great prices and okay shipping rates. They offer a lot of specials and will generally let you know before an order ships out if something is out of stock. I ordered 2 polos, 2 pairs of pants and a backpack just recently. The pants and shirt were available and shipped immediately. The backpack is backordered and they gave me the option to cancel or change my order. They are generally my first stop for gear.
 
I have used their bags for a few years and they held up very well for the price. Are you ordering their name brand gear?
 
I've dealt with them numerous times over the years and have always had quick shipping, no surprises, and responsive customer service when I sent email questions. In fact, I'm waiting on my latest order right now. They're GTG.
 
I'm on my second LAPoligear BOB in - 6 years and JUST got the new one. The first one was still going but I decided to change colors. Good deal . . .
 
I've ordered from them several times. I always found good prices and they always provided good service. I have not ordered from them in the last 2 or 3 years though.
