Blade: Damascus steel, overall length is about 5" with a 2 1/2" blade. The knife is signed and dated with month and year I made it.

The fileworked damascus full tang blade was cut and shaped from Brad Vice damascus billets made of 203E and 5160 steel. It is shaped and surface ground to 220 grit, 2 flat ground bevels grinds, hand sanded at 220, 400, 600 and 1200 grit before heat treating and fast oil quench. Then resanded and buffed before acid etching. It is heat treated and tempered to a Rockwell 57 to 59.

Handle: Scales are stabilized lacewood that are gorgous. These scales have been sanded to a 1200 grit and buffed to a smooth finish. There are a few natural color variations in the wood. The scale are held with mosaic pins.

Guarantee: As the maker of the knife I guarantee this knife against workmanship defects. Abuse and neglect are not covered.

To maintain the finish of your damascus blade please keep it slightly oiled, and keep it dry.
