Im willing to buy a new Laguiole knife. Still not sure which one it will be but I am thinking of 11cm black horn or snakewood, shiny stainless stell bolsters with hand chiseled bee. Maybe double plates but still not sure about that.
Already have a Forge de Laguiole knife and really like that one. So I am thinking of a Forge again.
Unfortunately the store I bought my first one (knives and tools) only has the standard models for sale. In the Netherlands I don't know any knifestore selling Forge with a good selection.
The only shop I can find selling more worked knifes from Forge is Scharferladen.de. A german site. I'm from the Netherlands.
Does anyone has experience with them? Do they ship abroad?
What is the best place to buy Forge knives online? Can you also buy directly from Forge de Laguiole like it is possible from Fontelille Pataud?
