Laguiole en Aubrac is very famous for their slip joint knives with brass bolsters and a horn handle. I have one for sale with a 3.5 inch blade (9 cm). The knife is in very good to excellent condition, no factory box, I'll ship it in the soft case as shown in the last photo.
