That's what I was thinking when I purchased it. Maybe I'll break it out to open a bottle of wine when I beat some Frenchman in Bocce!

In Paris I hummed and harred over a Laguiole at Le Bon Marche. I never bought the Laguiole. I still regret it!

Oh thats a beutiful peice. Congrats and thanks for sharing. I think I need to pick up an FP, I love the classic shape, and the only laguiole I own is a cheapo French one, looking to upgrade
