PLSK Scout is the name(bottom of pic) ,THe PLSK1 is the patherfinder(top of pic)

I have the Fiddleback 12" & 18" machete and I love the BHK machete .... that is one machete I'll never sale or trade....
I do not like the sheath though,only down side.... I hate the slide lock retention...

this is locked in and still over 1" of sharp edge is exposed

I don't really care for the sheath either though mine doesn't let the blade out that far. Maybe you can ask for a replacement?
 
One thing I can say is mine came so Wickedly convex sharp it was scary :D
I love the handle ,super comfy :)

I like that type of sheath, usually, but that exposed edge when locked doesn't look right. :eek:

That's a good place to fish, I have been there several times with my cousin and his father-in-law. Best place I've ever crappie fished to be honest. How's the snake population this time of year?

the long handle not even an issue like you think, works in your favor with 2 define grip points ,latter part of handle for chopping & the forward area is for finer work or working the ferro rod on the squared off spine.... next outting I'll prolly take only the BHK Machete & LM wave ;)
