What?! Wow. Thank you, Jeremy. That's a fun surprise to find while reading through the threads.
I love the dolphins on them. My dad was a submariner (USS Pogy, Phoenix and Key West). Awesome slips Jeremy!View attachment 1770643
These sweet sheaths were the extra gift that Jeremy sent—made by himself! What a cool gift!
Thanks Joshua, hope you enjoy them.View attachment 1770643

Thanks Jon. I found someone to make me a dolphin stamp recently and he did a great job on it. USS Chicago, Georgia, and Kentucky for me. I got to go onboard Key West in ‘99 while she was in dry dock in Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard to get a part we needed for our boat.I love the dolphins on them. He was always jealous of the boomers, and you got to do both. He sailed the key west from Norfolk to Pearl when it changed home ports. It’s really cool to say that both of us transited the Panama Canal. He left I’m wanting to say around February of ‘99.Thanks Joshua, hope you enjoy them.

Nice, never made it through the canal myself, so to have done it along with your dad is noteworthy. That sounds about right, as my visit to was late in the year (though really, it’s like Groundhog Day in Pearl with no seasons, which is not a bad thing). He was always jealous of the boomers, and you got to do both.
