Slice bacon, baton some kindling, hack off a hot dog stick, spread some peanut butter; this knife will do all that for you in your camp.
I pattern welded some cable and forged it onto a 3/16 inch billet of 1084 high carbon steel, sliced into the cable to increase the pattern and forged the billet into this knife.
I heat treated in my Evenheat furnace with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain throughout the blade.
Flat grid with forged texture on the flats
Green/black canvas Micarta handle
Overall length: 11 1/8 inches
Blade: 6 5/8 inches
Weight: 11 ounces
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
SOLD delivered within the US. I will ship outside the US but additional postage is required. My email and PayPal account is gldrewknives@gmail.com
