I'm going to try to walk away from this and pretend I didn't see it. This is one of the most impressive chef knife designs I've ever seen, and that price is more than reasonable for such stunning craftsmanship.

Thanks! I'll certainly be making more, but not for a little while. I need to concentrate on orders.
