LanCay US/Utility Bayonet

Please any info. I have a black handle, greyish blade, and black scabbard. The knife if marked US/Utility and the back of the scabbard is marked US. The fastex is marked 1998. I know it is commercial, I have just never seen or heard of one of this color or year.
