Which is the best one?
...Whichever one that YOU can use the best. I have grown to like the Smith's Tri-Hone bench sharpener the best (free-hand), and the Spyderco Sharpmaker is my 2nd choice for it's ease of use. I also have a Lansky Deluxe, but don't use it as it's a hassle to set-up, and too hard keeping the angles "true" with longer blades.
