lanyard question

looking at websites, within the same model, the 21 for example, some of them have the lanyard through the pin and some are just tied on.

is there a rhyme or reason to this?

The early 21's had the lanyard going through the hole, as in the past, but the ones made lately have the lanyard bar. It's a feature taken from the Umnumzaan. I kinda like the look myself.

The new ones come with the lanyard pins while the old ones just go through the holes.

You can order a lanyard pin from CRK if your is an older model. To me it was better through the hole vs through the pin.
