Lapping Compound - What to get?

I have some holes reamed .0005 under and would like to lap them to spec.

What compound should I use?

Any recommendations on the type of lapping bit I should use?

Exactly what I use. Make sure and order a couple of the barrel laps. They are cheap and if your lapping hardened steel or Ti they wear out faster.
