I bought this one here on the exchange. When I took it apart I pinched the washers and had to send it back to CRK. Came back awesome and I cut a ton of peaches with it, keeping the blade ridiculously sharp with a leather strop (She’s currently a perfect edge).
Took it apart for a clean today and now I have lock stick even though everything else is perfect. Not sure what I’m doing wrong but going to stick with my Umnumzaan for now.
Comes with an extra set of washers I bought from CRK.
