A handy, all around size knife that is a little smaller than what I would consider a chopper but it will still take a good workout. Forged to a fine edge for slicing and very sharp. The coke bottle handle is very comfortable and gives the knife good control.

Flat grind
Scotch Bright finish with some forge marks along the spine
Tapered tang
Curly ash handle with a linseed oil finish
